Welcome to the Leaburg Flower Co. website (the “Site”), operated by Jeanine Marie LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including individual retail customers and floral industry professionals. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Leaburg Flower Co., a flower farm offering seasonal, fresh-cut flowers for local delivery or pickup within Oregon’s McKenzie River Valley (from Cedar Flat to McKenzie Bridge). Online ordering is coming soon — for now, orders may be placed by phone or email.

To use this Site, you must be at least 18 years old. Please use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects both these Terms and our community. Unauthorized activities — such as attempting to interfere with Site functionality or copying content — are not allowed.

Ordering Process

Our online ordering system is in development. In the meantime, we welcome orders via:

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for reasons like inventory limits or delivery feasibility.

Our flowers are available for local delivery or pickup only — we do not currently offer shipping.

Prices are quoted at the time of order and may change without prior notice.

All sales are considered final, as our arrangements are handcrafted with perishable materials. However, if something isn’t right, please reach out within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right. (See our [Return Policy] for details.)

Payment Terms

Payment for phone or email orders is processed securely via Square or another trusted third-party platform. By placing an order, you agree to pay the quoted price, along with any applicable taxes and delivery fees.

If there’s a concern about your payment, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction so we can investigate.

Disclaimers

We do our very best to deliver flowers that match your preferences, but because we're working with nature, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal or weather-related availability. Rest assured, any substitutions will be made with care and of equal or greater value.

We also strive to keep all Site content up to date and accurate, but we make no guarantees regarding completeness or performance of the Site or its content.

User Conduct

We ask that you use this Site in a respectful, lawful way. By interacting with us (by phone, email, or online), you agree not to:

  • Send harmful, threatening, or inappropriate messages

  • Attempt to access any private or restricted areas of the Site

  • Use any contact details found on the Site for spam or unauthorized solicitation

Customers must also provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing orders.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Jeanine Marie LLC is not liable for damages related to Site use — including lost profits, missed deliveries, or data issues.

If we add customer accounts to the Site in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon.
