Return Policy

At Leaburg Flower Co., a division of Jeanine Marie LLC, we’re committed to delivering fresh, locally grown blooms with care and joy from our farm in Leaburg, Oregon. Because flowers are perishable and custom-arranged, we’ve created a return policy that honors both our craft and your satisfaction.

If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out — we’ll make it right.

1. Our Fresh Flower Promise

We hand-select every stem to ensure beauty, freshness, and quality. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or incorrect (wrong quantity or types), contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

2. What Qualifies for a Return or Refund

We’re happy to issue a refund or replacement in these situations:

  • Non-Delivery: If your order wasn’t delivered as scheduled, we’ll refund or re-deliver at no cost.

  • Quality Issues: If flowers are damaged or not what you ordered, please send a quick photo so we can assess and respond promptly.

  • Farm Errors: If the problem was on our end, we’ll take full responsibility — even beyond 24 hours, depending on the case.

Photos are used solely to evaluate returns and are handled securely per our Privacy Policy.

3. What Can’t Be Returned

Because our flowers are perishable and custom-designed, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom arrangements made for special requests or events

  • Flowers damaged by improper care, like heat exposure or lack of water

  • Gift cards, once issued

4. How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if requested)

  3. Let us know your preference: replacement or refund

If approved, we’ll issue a refund through Square (our secure payment processor) to your original payment method, or arrange a replacement, based on flower availability.

Local customers may also coordinate a return or replacement at our farm by arrangement.

5. Delivery & Pickup Refunds

For local deliveries or farm pickups:

  • Eligible refunds will include product and applicable delivery fees

  • Non-refundable fees may apply if the issue results from customer error (e.g., incorrect delivery address)

6. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel?

  • Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup

  • 50% restocking fee if canceled within 48 hours, due to harvesting and preparation costs

7. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, you may:

  • Request access to personal data collected for a return (e.g., name, email, order info)

  • Ask us to delete that data (unless we’re required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons)
